George Nickerson
ASE Mechanic and
Master Automobile Technician Certification
L1 Advanced Level Specialist

George is a 1988 graduate of Cassadaga High School.  He served our country in the USA ARMY stationed in Germany and then Turkey during Operation Desert Storm. His speciality was mechanical work on M1 tanks.

In 1992 George moved to Minnesota where he completed his auto mechanical school. Shortly thereafter he moved back to WNY in 1994.  George joined the Mancuso Service Center Team in 2003 when he was hired to be our Master Technician.

A true blue jack of all trades, George loves working on electrical (mechanical) challenges the most.  And when he isn't under the hood here you may find him fixing everything from 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, go carts, boats, lawn mowers and chain saws.

Now that is talent! He even enjoys working on old/antique automobiles, himself owning a 1940 Plymouth P10.

When the tinkering is done for the day a great football game is where George likes to kick back and relax. We are honored to have him on our team, and you'll appreciate the hard work he puts into every job he takes on!

Roy White
Full Time Gas Attendant

Roy is a proud Silver Creek Black Knight by birth.  His connection to our family business has deep roots, as he was hired by our original founder, Anthony Salvatore Mancuso.  Our family patriarch saw something in Roy that we all see today and wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to bring him on board. So in 1971 while Roy was finishing his schooling, he brought his infectious high level of work ethic to our team as a part time gas attendant.

Two years later is all it took for him to join us full time.  So in 2013, we celebrated Roy's tenure of 40 years of full-time work on our team.  That's quite an accomplishment for anyone, and we are proud to say he's part of us! One of the things we love to tell people is that Roy would walk and ride his bike to work for 18 years before he ever bought his first car for himself.  He was always, and remains to this day focused on doing for others before he ever does anything for himself.

When Roy heads out for a lunch break, it's not uncommon at all for customers to pull up for gas and meet us with a "Hey, where's Roy!"

Everyone loves him, and you will too from the moment you meet him. Roy really enjoys painting statues, and shows us all what it means to be a model of consistent compassion.  All the proof you need there? You'll find him in church almost every single Sunday.

It's no secret that we are beyond thrilled that Roy has been with us since 1971!

Darrel Smith
Tow Truck Driver
AAA Light Duty
Towing Recovery

Darrel was born in Springville and raised in Ellicottville, NY.  He is a proud graduate of Ellicottville High School as well.

After High School Darrel worked at Auto Blast, a glass repair and installation center.  He enjoyed the opportunity to then make the leap to move to Dunkirk where he accepted positions at both Red Wing and Purina.

Can you tell Darrel knows how to work hard?

We love that about him!  In 2001 he was hired as a Tow Truck Driver for the Thruway Super Service in Dunkirk.

Then in April of 2003 we recruited Darrel to come work full time for us as our fleet of Tow Trucks expanded.  His favorite role with our team is to go out on recovery and accident scenes to help people.

And when Darrel isn't at work his favorite hobby is spending time honing his craft of Karate.

We are thankful that we found Darrel and that he agreed to join our team over a decade ago.  It was and remains a true win-win!

Chad Beck
Detail Shop Team Leader
Certified Diesel & Auto Mechanical

Chad was born and raised in the Mayville/Westfield, NY area.  He is a proud 2003 graduate of Chautauqua Lake High School.  During his time at "Lake" as it is affectionately called, Chad studied Diesel Mechanical at BOCES.

To gain more experience Chad worked part-time when he was still in high school doing auto mechanical work at a local shop near his home.  After graduation, Chad took on a full-time position as a diesel mechanic, learning valuable skills at a very young age.

As our team was expanding and we entered the car wash and detailing grown mode, we needed someone like Chad.  A hard-working, "no-stone-left-unturned" approach to everything so that our customers received the very best.

In 2011 Chad came on board as our "CDO". That's Chief Detail Officer, as in…he makes your car absolutely sparkle with his work.  He handles all vehicle details, car wash maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and products.  Chad is the guy you'll find out and about "Walking the U" around our facilities to make sure everyone is happy with their car wash experience.

Chad loves meeting new people and seeing them come back again and again as happy customers.  He loves working on cars in his free time. Chad lives close to where he grew up in Dewittville, NY.
