George Nickerson
ASE Mechanic and
Master Automobile Technician Certification
L1 Advanced Level Specialist
George is a 1988 graduate of Cassadaga High School. He served our country in the USA ARMY stationed in Germany and then Turkey during Operation Desert Storm. His speciality was mechanical work on M1 tanks.
In 1992 George moved to Minnesota where he completed his auto mechanical school. Shortly thereafter he moved back to WNY in 1994. George joined the Mancuso Service Center Team in 2003 when he was hired to be our Master Technician.
A true blue jack of all trades, George loves working on electrical (mechanical) challenges the most. And when he isn't under the hood here you may find him fixing everything from 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, go carts, boats, lawn mowers and chain saws.
Now that is talent! He even enjoys working on old/antique automobiles, himself owning a 1940 Plymouth P10.
When the tinkering is done for the day a great football game is where George likes to kick back and relax. We are honored to have him on our team, and you'll appreciate the hard work he puts into every job he takes on!
Roy White
Full Time Gas Attendant
Roy is a proud Silver Creek Black Knight by birth. His connection to our family business has deep roots, as he was hired by our original founder, Anthony Salvatore Mancuso. Our family patriarch saw something in Roy that we all see today and wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to bring him on board. So in 1971 while Roy was finishing his schooling, he brought his infectious high level of work ethic to our team as a part time gas attendant.
Two years later is all it took for him to join us full time. So in 2013, we celebrated Roy's tenure of 40 years of full-time work on our team. That's quite an accomplishment for anyone, and we are proud to say he's part of us! One of the things we love to tell people is that Roy would walk and ride his bike to work for 18 years before he ever bought his first car for himself. He was always, and remains to this day focused on doing for others before he ever does anything for himself.
When Roy heads out for a lunch break, it's not uncommon at all for customers to pull up for gas and meet us with a "Hey, where's Roy!"
Everyone loves him, and you will too from the moment you meet him. Roy really enjoys painting statues, and shows us all what it means to be a model of consistent compassion. All the proof you need there? You'll find him in church almost every single Sunday.
It's no secret that we are beyond thrilled that Roy has been with us since 1971!
